KimPup only ships merchandise on business days-Monday-Friday. If order is placed on a non business day or after 3pm (EST), said product will be shipped next available business day. Depending on size of order item/items will be shipped from 3-7 days after order is placed.

We want customers to be happy., sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction.You must return all merchandise UNUSED within 15 days. An item credit will be used as a refund. Please be sure of sizing, this is your responsibilty.

All shipping to Canada and the United States are sent using Canada Post or UPS. Average shipping times are 7-14 business days for payments made by mail-- cheques/money orders.
